As hard a decision as this has been to make, Doug and I have come to the realization that it is not going to be possible for us to open at the end of October as we had originally planned. We knew from the start that our construction schedule was very aggressive but after our initial meetings with our contractor we felt it was possible. It became apparent to us in the last few days that we are just too far behind schedule.

By making this decision now we hope to give people time to make changes in their vacation plans. At this point we feel confident that we will be able to open by the end of December.

Believe me we are as disappointed by this as you are. We are very sorry.

We hope to have the roof slab poured in 2 weeks, the finishing of the walls and ceilings has already started in the lower floor units.
