September 11 - Thinking of those who perished this day in NY so many years ago.

 

Yesterday was one of those hot windless days that we get so often at this time of year........................

I am told that the windows and tiles are now on the island! (windows ordered way back on April 11 and told 6-8 weeks delivery ????)  !!!!

We will hold back on celebrating until they are here on site ;)

And a picture of the rear of the building taken this morning - water still dead calm. The rebar that is protruding from the top of the building is for us to tie in the roof framing to the concrete structure. There will be a roof over the old cistern and stairs etc. at the back.

Moving forward slowly.
