I must apologize for not updating the blog for quite a while - Sorry, Sorry, Sorry.
Well, we are STILL waiting for our sliding glass doors!!! (I ordered the doors and windows way back on April 11 !!) This causes a small problem by preventing us from installing the kitchens, BUT, we are still scheduled to be ready to open mid December.
Rain has also been a bit of a problem - delaying the exterior tiling. (2-1/2 inches on saturday night, 1/2 inch last night)
It's a rear overcast & dreary day here today, I was hoping to get a few nice pictures to post, but the light is just not right.
Windows are now all here, (but still no screens yet), we have a subcontractor scheduled to start with finish plastering the window openings and installing windows tomorrow,
Floor tiles are being laid - 3 units mostly done (2 of them grouted). Screeds for tiles all done to 3 more of the units.
We have started with the framing for the roof over the old cistern, and have the bases set for the roof framing over the front upper floor decks.
